二硅化钼发热元件的研究与应用进展

摘    要:综述了MoSi2发热元件的制备工艺、特性、国内外的研究以及生产状况,对MoSi2的其他应用现状也做了简单的介绍,并对比分析了MoSi2和SiC、ZrO2、LaCrO3发热元件的优劣性。最后指出,国内MoSi2的研究、生产水平和国外还有很大的差距,应该以MoSi2发热元件的研究为基础,大力开展MoSi2电热材料和高温结构材料的研究。

Abstract:The fabrication technology, properties and production of MoSi 2 heating elements were reviewed. The other states of application of MoSi 2 were briefly introduced, and the advantages and shortages of SiC, ZrO 2, LaCrO 3 and MoSi 2 heating elements were described. The results show that there are a great deal of differences between international and domestic research and production. The MoSi 2 heating elements are suggested as the foundation of MoSi 2 materials, and the MoSi 2 heating materials and structural materials should be the future direction.
