摘    要:以云南省某铁路隧道为工程背景,采用ALE算法对光面爆破空气间隔装药进行了数值模拟,为ALE算法在爆破工程领域,特别是地下隧道爆破工程领域方面的数值模拟提供了参考。同时,比较了传统连续装药条件下与空气间隔装药条件下不同时刻的最大主应力云图。结果表明,空气间隔层在光面爆破过程中可以降低炮孔壁上的初始应力、延长爆炸作用时间、增强爆炸应力波在孔心线上的导向作用、减弱爆炸应力对保护岩层的损伤效应作用。

Abstract:ALE algorithm is used in the numerical simulation of air-decking charge in smoothing blasting of one railway tunnel in Yunnan Province, which is supposed to provide reference for the application of ALE algorithm in the numerical simulation of blasting engineering, especially tunnel blasting engineering. The maximum principal stress vector of different moment under the condition of both traditional column charge and air-decking charge is compared. The results reveal that, air-decking charge has the effect of reducing initial detonation pressure on borehole wall, prolonging the time of blasting effect, enhancing the wedging effect of explosive stress on borehole center line and weakening the damage of explosive stress on protecting rock stratum.
