基于CPLD的感应加热数控系统设计

摘    要:叙述了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的数控系统在并联超音频感应加热系统中的应用.该数控系统主要包括扫频和频率跟踪两部分,解决了并联逆变器启动和频率跟踪困难等问题,使感应加热系统始终工作在谐振状态.该方案采用PI控制,具有控制跟踪速度快,精度高,可调性强及捕获频带宽等优点.仿真结果表明该方案的可行性.

Abstract:This paper describes a numerical control system based on complex programmable logic device(CPLD),which is applied in ultra-audio frequency induction heating area.The system mainly includes sweep frequency and frequency following to resolve the problem of start-up and frequency follow in induction heating system and to make the system work in the best condition.This project adopting PI control has many advantages,such as rapid follow rate,high precision,strong flexibility and wide-range frequency.The experim...
