日本新日铁X80级管线钢管研究概述

摘    要:简要介绍了世界上已建的X80级管线工程。重点介绍了日本新日铁X80级UOE钢管的生产工艺和力学性能,并根据中国西气东输二线工程备选设计方案采用日本HLP提供的模拟方法对X80级输气管道延性断裂扩展行为进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明,中国西气东输二线工程备选方案对延性断裂的止裂韧性要求较高。

Abstract:This article briefly introduces grade X80 pipeline projects in the world which have been built,and emphasizes production process and physical chemical properties indexes of grade X80 pipeline steel pipe of Nippon Co.Japan, and also conducts simulation calculation to ductile fracture spreading of grade X80 gas transmission pipeline according to alternative design scheme of China second west to east gas pipeline project.Calculation results shows that requirement of alternative design scheme of the second west to east gas pipeline project is stricter with crack arrest property.
