铜对低碳HSLA钢力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同铜含量对低碳HSLA钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,铜能显著提高该钢的强度,但降低该钢的韧性。铜含量对HSLA钢强韧性的作用受时效温度的影响,提高时效温度可使不同铜含量的HSLA钢的强韧性差异减小。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of low carbon HSLA steels with different Cu content are studied in this paper. It is revealed that when the Cu content excesses 1%, the strength of the steel increases remarkably and the toughness decreases slightly. The effect of Cu content on mechanical properties is affected by aging temperature. The differences of mechanical properties among the steels with different Cu content decrease as the aging temperature increases or the impacting temperature decreases.
