摘    要:研究MBR工艺处理印染废水中膜通量的变化,结果表明,膜污染是影响膜通量的重要因素,运行过程中膜通量随时间的延长而降低,仅用14h就衰减了约21%;膜清洗先采用物理方法(空曝气+反冲洗),再用化学方法,最终可使膜通量恢复至90%以上;使用的两种化学方法中第二种清洗方法使用后膜的运行周期较长,同时运行中还可配合其他方法减缓膜污染。

Abstract:The change of membrane flux in treatment of dyeing and printing wastewater by MBR was studied. The results indicated that membrane pollution was an important factor affecting membrane flux. The membrane flux lowered as operating time lapsed; only 14h it was decreased by about 21%.The physical method(air aeration and back washing)was first used and followed by the chemical method. The membrane flux could be recovered to above 90%. The second of two chemical methods used could make operational period of membrane get longer. In addition, in combination with other method, the course could lessen membrane pollution.
