摘    要:为了验证径向剃齿刀CAD系统以及刀具制造系统的正确性,提出了一种基于刀具设计参数,用最小二乘法拟合刀具齿面的建模方法,并计算反射出被剃齿轮齿面,通过与原齿轮参数比较从而达到检验刀具设计制造的正确性的目的。

Abstract:In order to test the accuracy of profile date obtained by the plunge shaving cutter CAD system,one kind of inverse problem-resolving method based on curve fitting theory is proposed.A least square method is used to fit the plunge shaving cutter flank in the basis of the cutter design parameters,then the gear profile to be shaved is resolved according to the relationship between the cutter and the gear.The tolerance comparing with the involute profile is obtained and the design results are tested.
