摘    要:在电机启动时,通过连续控制电机的定子磁场的幅值和方向,使交流永磁同步电机转子在一定的小范围内摆动。通过预装的霍尔位置传感器和增量式编码器的输出信号,DSP采用粗精两级磁极搜索方法,获得转子磁极的精确位置,并缩短了搜索过程。文章研究了详细的磁极摆动搜索方法.并给出一种实用的计算方法。通过试验与仿真对该方法进行了研究,在文中给出了实验结果。

Abstract:The magnitude and the direction of stator magnetic were controlled continuously to swing the rotor of PMSM in a small range at start up process. A rough and refined two level pole position search method was implemented to identify the rotor magnetic pole position according to the readout of an incremental encoder, and hall sensors .The process is very short. The search algorithm is given in detail as while as the program method. Simulation and experiment are made to verify this method ,and the results are shown in this paper.
