| 摘 要： | 笔者借鉴国外经验以及在上海地铁乘客的出行目的、出行距离和意向行为等的调查研究基础上 ,对我国城市轨道交通站点地区进行了分类 ,针对城市中的公共中心区、交通枢纽区、成熟居住区和城市外围区等不同类型的站点地区进行分析研究 ,总结了各类站点地区存在的问题 ,预测了其各自的发展趋势 ,并通过实例分析探讨了城市轨道交通站点地区规划与建设的一些具体措施

| Abstract: | The author classifies the areas round the rail transportation station into that of public center, transportation hinge, mature residence center, and urban periphery, summarizes the characteristic and problem of this areas, predicts their development trend, and brings forward the specific measure of the planning and construction of these areas. |
