刀具破损声发射(AE)监控系统的评价

摘    要:应用统计模式识别理论,选择出可以确切反映监控系统性能的特征参数,对研制的刀具被损AE在线监控系统的性能进行了测试。结果表明:本监控系统的灵敏度较高,性能比较可靠,在测试条件下预报刀具破损的检出率为88.9%,故可在较好程度上对刀具的破损进行监控。

Abstract:Using statistic pattern recognition theory,characteristic parameters which reflect supervisory system property exactly are chosen.Using this method,the property of cutter damage acoustic emission manufactured in linear supervisory system is tested.The result states this sensitivity of supervisory system is higher and property is more reliable.The prediction rate under the test condition is 88.9%,so it can supervise the cutter damage to a better extent.
