| 摘 要： | 基于MUMPS（Multi—User MEMS Processes：多用户三层多晶硅表面微加工工艺流程）表面微加工工艺。根据其工艺特征。建立工艺层库。利用Pro／PROGRAM。编写自动装配工艺层模型程序。通过自主开发的软件。将工艺层模型直接导入到MEMS版图器中。从而实现三维模型到二维版图的自动转换。

| Abstract: | According to the process features of MEMS, the process layers model has been set up based on MUMPs (Multi-User MEMS Process) micro process for surface. The automatic assembly process layers model is worked out adopting Pro/PROGRAM. Then process layers model can be directly input into the MEMS layout, then the 3D model can be automatically exchanged into 2D layout. |
