| 摘 要： | “大学生素质拓展计划”是新时期高校实施素质教育的一项重要载体,也是推进素质教育的一项系统工程.通过探索高校开展素质拓展计划的意义、存在问题和具体措施,为高校建立素质拓展基地、开展素质拓展项目认证等提供参考,促进大学生参与素质教育和素质拓展的自觉性,增强大学生的就业创业能力,促进大学生的成长成才.

| Abstract: | "Quality-expanding Program for Undergraduates" is an important carrier to implement quality education and a systematic engineering to pursue quality education in colleges and universities.By exploring the significance and approaches of quality-expanding program as well as the problems present in its development,this paper attempts to provide some reference to the establishment of the quality-expanding base in universities and colleges and to offer an attestation to the launch of the quality-expanding program.It aims to boost consciousness of undergraduates in taking part in quality education and quality-expanding program,to enhance their capability of obtaining employment and innovative undertaking,thus serve the maturity and success of undergraduates |
