无横隔板预应力混凝土箱梁桥整桥试验研究

摘    要:纸店沙河大桥为无横隔板预应力混凝土箱梁,只通过桥面构造改善横向连接,为验证其受力性能能否满足整体刚度,实现荷载的横向传递,将跨径35 m先张法预应力混凝土轻型、薄壁、闭口箱型断面运用到简支梁桥上,通过各种工况的整桥试验分析,结果表明,通过桥面铺装双层钢筋网与主梁伸出梁顶的交叉钢筋梅花形点焊成钢筋骨架及箱梁翼板间加强钢筋与二道焊接钢板来实现横向联系是可行的.

Abstract:Zhidian Shahe bridge is a prestress concrete box grider bridge without diaphragm,in order to make sure whether the box girder without diaphragm can deliver loads goodly by changing the conformation of bridge deck to increase the whole structure rigidity,the 35 m simple-span prestress concrete box section with weighless thin web and seal,is applied to simple-beam bridge,under every condition′s whole bridge experiment,the results show that it is feasible to realize transverse connection through the steel bar framework formed by the double layers′ steel bar grid layed on the bridge′s surface spot welding with the extending top of the main beam,and adding steel bars among the wing of box girder and secondary welding plate.
