基于传热的铸钢冷却壁温度预测智能仿真方法

摘    要:从高炉状态下的铸钢冷却壁复杂传热过程中提炼出以冷却水流速、水温和冷却壁本体上某一固定测点温度值为参数的简单传热关系式,并将其与神经网络技术相结合,提出了铸钢冷却壁温度预测仿真模型.通过实验数据与仿真模型的输出对比,证明这种基于模型的冷却壁温度预测智能仿真方法不仅结构简单,而且准确可靠.该仿真方法可用于在线监测冷却壁状况.

Abstract:A simplified heat transfer equation was abstracted from complicated heat transfer procedure of cast steel cooling stave working under blast furnace running condition, which had three parameters including the velocity of water, water temperature, and the temperature of a fixed point located in stave body. This simplified equation was combined with advanced artificial neural network technology to scheme out a simulation model of cast steel cooling stave temperature prediction. The intelligent simulation method of simplified model verified by the results comparison between the experiment data and the simulated outputs indicated that it was not only simple in structure but also accurate in result. This simulation method could be applied to the online observation of cooling stave working condition.
