摘    要:配电网重构是一个多目标、多约束条件的非线性优化问题。在重构过程中,文章综合考虑了系统的经济性和可靠性因素。建立了Pareto多目标重构模型,并运用一种改进的生物地理学优化算法来处理配电网重构问题,避免了加权多目标优化算法解决此类问题而过分依赖个人主观经验的情况。另外,Pareto多目标数学模型的引入使算法更具有实际的工程意义。通过IEEE33节点系统的仿真结果验证了算法的可行性。

Abstract:Distribution network reconfiguration is a non-linear combinatorial optimization problem with multi-objective and multi-constrained features.In the process of reconfiguration, economy and reliability factors of the distribution network system have been referred in this paper. This paper establishes the Pareto multi-objective mathematical model of reconfiguration and presents an improved hybrid biogeography-based optimization to deal with the issue of distribution network reconfiguration. It avoids the situation of heavy reliance on subjective experi-ence in the progress of solving such problem by weighted multi-objective optimization algorithm.In addition, the introduction of the Pareto multi-objective mathematical model makes the algorithm possess more practical engineering significance.IEEE33 distribution network is used to prove the feasibility of this algorithm.
