摘    要:为提高悬架的抗冲击性能和减振性能,对悬架的线性刚度和非线性阻尼进行联合优化,得到其合理的参数匹配和非线性阻尼特性曲线。在其参数下悬架的抗冲击性能比传统的线性阻尼悬架提高50%,车身加速度均方根降低30%,对不同的路面和不同的行驶速度有良好的适应性,提高了车体在冲击载荷下的稳定性和乘车人员的舒适度。其结果对抗冲击载荷的悬架设计具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:To improve suspension's anti-impact and vibration isolating performances, the linear spring stiffness and non-linear damping of suspension are collaboratively optimized and then the rational matching parameter and non-linear damping curve are obtained. Under its parameter the anti-impact function of suspension is enhanced by 50% contrast to the traditional linear damping suspension, and the mean acceleration of car body decreases by 30%. Meanwhile since it has better adaptability to different road surfaces and driving speeds, the car body stabilization under impact loads is improved and passengers feel more comfortable. The results can guide the design of suspension under impact load.
