基于AT89C51的起重超载限制器设计

摘    要:超载限制器是起重设备在作业过程中进行自动监测、报警、断电保护的装置。具体介绍了该设计的硬件、软件的设计方法。硬件电路包括荷重传感装置和监测仪表,传感器将压力信号转换成电信号,监测仪表的核心是AT89C51主要用来处理数据并做出判断。软件设计参考模型主要是自适应测量系统,可以实现自动校零和动载滤波。

Abstract:Overload limiter is an apparatus for hoists in operation with functions of automatic monitoring, alarm and power outage protection. Hardware and software design are introduced. The circuit of hardware includes the devices of load sensor and surveying instrument. The pressure signal is changed into electric signal by sensor. AT89c51 is the core of surveying instrument which is used to deal with data and judgment. Software design model is self-adaptive surveying system which can realize dynamic load filtering and zero correction.
