摘    要:广州地铁3号线北延某标段盾构施工中,多次出现管片碎裂情况,经统计分析,碎裂类型可分为管片崩角、崩边破损,短边通长破损和螺栓孔位置破损三类。根据管片破损类型,分析其形成原因,主要有操作人员操作不当和掘进参数控制不当。因此,提高施工中操作人员的熟练程度,加强掘进过程中对参数的控制管理,可以避免或减少管片破损。

Abstract:During construction of a segment in the northward-extension project of Guangzhou Subway Line 3, ruptures on pipe segment are detected for many times. After statistical analysis, the ruptures can he divided into three types including broken corner and edge, full-length broken short edge and broken bolt hole. According to these rupture types, relevant reasons are analyzed. It is determined that most of the Iuptures are manually generated during construction, workers' wrong operation or incorrect control on excavation parameters. Therefore, tube damages can be avoided or reduced obviously by improving workers' proficiency and strengthening managers' control on excavation parameters.
