知识型员工的激励研究

摘    要:当今知识经济时代,知识型员工将成为企业发展的重要力量,企业要赢得市场的竞争力,就应创造一个健康和谐、自主创新、富于协作的文化氛围和工作环境,重视知识型员工的职业生涯规划和知识更新。文章分析了知识型员工的特征,并在参考国内外学者著作的基础上提出了知识型员工的特征以及企业激励员工的对策。
