不同叶面肥对赤霞珠葡萄果实品质及树体贮藏养分的影响

为了探讨喷施叶面肥对提高葡萄果实品质、改善贮藏营养的作用,以酿酒葡萄赤霞珠为试材,于生长季中后期进行3次各种氨基酸及氮、磷、钾的喷肥试验.结果表明:喷施谷氨酸、多肽能显著增加葡萄叶片的净光合速率,比对照提高58.2%和47.2%;果实糖含量提高17.90g/L、11.48g/L;一年生枝条的淀粉含量提高67.3%、64.1%;喷施KH2PO4能显著提高枝条中可溶性糖及淀粉的含量,较对照增加74.7%、27.7%;喷0.15%纯磷使枝条淀粉含量增加48.9%;喷施尿素使氨基酸和可溶性蛋白提高60.3%、36.9%.各种处理综合看,生长中后期喷施氨基酸源叶面肥能够显著改善叶片的光合性能,提高果实的含糖量,增加枝条中C、N贮藏营养及枝条含水量.

Effects of different foliar fertilizers on fruit quality and storage nutrient of Cabernet Sauvignon grapevine

Cabernet Sauvignon trees were sprayed 3 times with several foliar fertilizers of amino acid, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium during later growing season for the study of the effects of foliar fertilizers on fruit quality and plant's storage nutrient.
