耳塞盖点浇口注塑模设计

摘    要:通过对典型电子数码类产品耳塞盖的结构与成型工艺问题分析,确定了其注塑模具的整体设计方案。为了适应产品批量大、外观质量要求高的特点,确立了一模八腔的点浇口三板式注塑模具结构形式,重点介绍了分型面的设计、浇口形式与位置的确定、型腔数量及排布、产品顶出方式、模具型芯与镶件设计等内容,介绍了耳塞盖注塑模具的结构及其工作原理。采用此模具结构不仅满足了产品批量及外观质量要求,而且实现了从注射到开模顶出过程的自动化生产,塑料件与凝料实现自动分离。经生产实践结果表明,模具结构紧凑、运动平稳可靠,设计方案合理,生产效率高,取得了较好的经济效益。

Design of Pin-point Gate Injection Mould for Covers of Earplugs
Abstract:The whole design scheme of injection mould for covers of earplugs was determined by analyzing its structure and injection molding technology. In order to adapt to the high product batch and high requirements for appearance quality,a type of pin-point gate three-plate injection mould with one module and eight cavities were employed. The selection of parting surfaces, the determination of the gate type and location,the calculation of the cavity number and layout,the design of ejecting mechanism, mould core and insert were mainly introduced. The mould structure and movement principle were illuminated in details. Through ap-plication of the mould structure,the requirements of the product batch and appearance quality can be met,moreover,the automatic production can be realized from injecting to opening and ejecting,an automatic separation of the runner system and the parts can be achieved. The practical use result of the mould indicates that the designed mould has a compact structure suitable for stable and reli-able movement,the design scheme of the mould is reasonable,its production efficiency and economic benefit are improved.
