| 摘 要： | 为了提高注塑模具修正与调试效率,扩大调试工艺方案的使用范围,结合工程实际经验建立了层次分析法,使用专用夹具对塑料件的重要尺寸进行测量并分析,缩短了模具的生产周期,强化了注塑模具设计过程中修正对策的快速响应效率。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the efficiency of injection mould modification and debugging,and expand the scope of application of the debugging technology scheme,the analytic hierarchy process method is established which combine with the practical engineering experience,the important dimension of plastic parts are measured and analyzed by special fixture,the mould production cycle is shorten and the correct countermeasure quick response efficiency of injection mold design is strengthened. |
