聚丙烯锂电池隔膜专用料的开发

摘    要:对进口聚丙烯(PP)锂电池隔膜专用料进行物料性质分析,结合市场需求,对开发的目标产品进行设计。利用三井油化液相–气相本体法工艺进行PP锂电池隔膜专用料的研发,通过调整各反应釜工艺参数,生产出专用料F302A。从常规物性、热行为、相对分子质量及其分布、加工性能等几方面对F302A和进口料进行表征分析。结果表明,F302A能满足锂电池隔膜的生产需要,可替代进口料。

Development of Special PP Resins for Separators of Lithium Ion Cell
Abstract:The properties of the imported PP resins for separators of lithium ion cell were analyzed. Target product was designed combined with market demand. Special PP resins for separators of lithium ion cell are developed by Hypol processof Mitsui. By adjusting the process parameters of each reaction vessel,special resins F302A are produced. The properties of F302A and other two specimens abroad,including aspects of physical properties,thermal behaviors,relative molecular mass and its distribution and production test are analyzed. The results show that target product can meet the needs of the separator productions for lithium ioncell,and can replace the imported materials.
