摘    要:为了改善酚醛泡沫的性能,选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维作为酚醛泡沫的增强材料,研究了不同PVA纤维含量和长度对酚醛泡沫的泡孔结构、压缩性能、弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,PVA纤维可以有效改善酚醛泡沫的力学性能和泡孔结构,随着PVA纤维含量的增加,酚醛泡沫的力学性能呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当PVA纤维的用量为酚醛树脂质量的3%时,酚醛泡沫的力学性能达到了最大值,泡孔结构达到了小且均匀的状态。PVA纤维的长度对酚醛泡沫的泡孔结构也有一定的影响,当PVA纤维长度为6 mm时,酚醛泡沫具有最好的泡孔结构,但PVA纤维长度增加时,酚醛泡沫的压缩性能、弯曲性能减小。

Research of PVA Fibers Reinforced Phenolic Foams
Abstract:In order to improve the performance of phenolic foams, polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVA fiber) was used as padding material to prepare PVA fibers reinforced phenolic foams. The influences of different content and length of PVA fibers on the microstructure, compression properties and flexural properties of the phenolic foams were investigated. The results show that PVA fiber can improve the mechanical properties and the pore structure of phenolic foams effectively. The compression and flexural properties of the phenolic foams increase with the fiber content increasing at first and then dropping afterwards. When the content of PVA fiber is 3% of the phenolic resin mass, the phenolic foams show the best mechanical property, the cells diameter shows most regular distribution and small. The length of the PVA fiber has a certain influence on the performance of phenolic foams, the phenolic foams show the best cells structure when PVA fiber is 6 mm, but when PVA fiber length increases, the compression performance and bending performance of phenolic foams decrease.
