摘 要: | 针对微圆柱阵列的注射成型过程进行数值模拟研究,比较了不同原料聚丙烯(PP)、聚甲醛(POM)、丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)的成型工艺,并利用正交试验就微注射成型过程中影响熔体填充效果的主要工艺参数如模具温度、熔体温度和注射时间进行了模拟。运用极差分析法和方差分析法对熔体填充率进行分析。结果表明,对于PP而言,填充时间对其填充率的影响占主导地位,而对于POM与ABS,模具温度的影响相对更大。模具温度、熔体温度越高,注射时间越短,塑件填充效果越好。综合考虑,三种聚合物材料对微圆柱阵列填充效果适应性为:PPABSPOM。

Injection Molding Numerical Simulation and Orthogonal Optimization for Micro Column Array |

Abstract: | Numerical simulation for forming process of micro column array was studied. The forming processes of different injection materials such as polypropylene (PP),polyformaldehyde (POM),ABS were compared. The main process parameters influencing the micro-parts quality included mold temperature,melt temperature and filling time was simulated by orthogonal experiments. Based on the range analysis and variance analysis,the simulation results of thefilling ratio were analyzed. The results showed that,for PP,thefilling time had the greatest influence onfilling ratio,as for POM and ABS,the mold temperature had a relatively higher influence. The higher the mold temperature and the injection temperature,the lower the injection time,resulted in the betterfilling ratio. Comprehensive consideration,the availability of polymer material on the micro column array was as follows:PP>ABS>POM. |
