摘    要:采用全包覆共挤技术,对塑料异型材门窗模具进行合理的设计,采用非线性流道设计,阶梯式分级供料,"模唇"式共挤交汇入料,"哈夫"式共挤入料口设计技术,达到同时均匀稳定地挤出两种聚合物熔体,既满足型材的耐老化要求,又可以降低型材的成本。同时简要介绍了模具加工中应注意的问题。

Optimization Design of Totally Coated Co-Extrusion Mold for Plastic Proifle Door and Window
Abstract:Totally coated co-extrusion mold for plastic profile door and window was reasonably designed and optimized. Through using the nonlinear flow channel design,feeding of ladder type classification,“die lip” co-extrusion type intersection feed-ing and“huff”type crowding in hopper design technology, the homogeneous and stable extrusion of two polymer melts are achieved at thesame time,both to meet the profile aging requirements and decrease the profile cost. The advertent problems in mold process-ing are also briefly introduced.
