摘    要:根据温度控制的特点提出设计基于Fuzzy—PID技术的温度控制器。该文将Fuzzy控制与PID控制算法相结合,充分发挥两种控制方式的优点,构建了控制器调节单元Fuzzy—PID复合控制策略。文中同时给出了单片机软件设计的5个任务循环程序结构。工程实践表明该控制器调节性能大大优越于同类其他控制器产品,在设备控制运行中取得了非常良好的控制效果。

Abstract:In view of the characteristic of temperature control, this paper presents the design of a temperature controller based on Fuzzy-PID technology. Which combines the Fuzzy control algorithm with the PID control algorithm, thus coming up with the advantages of the two control modes and building up the compound tactics of the Fuzzy-PID adjustment unit. The paper also puts forward the structure of five task cycling programs designed by single chip computer software. Results from practice show that the Fuzzy- PID temperature controller is far more advanced than other products of the type. A very good effect has been obtained from the process control equipment in operation.
