摘 要: | 使用XRD、XPS、IR、光电比色、催化剂活性评价法研究了工业失活DH-2及CN-101除氢催化剂的再生技术。结果表明,经过不同程序的再生,可使两种工业失活催化剂的催化活性和抗中毒性能基本恢复到新鲜催化剂水平。再生催化剂基本恢复了新鲜催化剂的基本物化结构。

Study on the Regeneration Technique of Deactivated Catalysts for Removal of Hydrogen from CO_2 Feed Gas |

Abstract: | The regeneration of the deactivated catalysts CN-101 and DH-2 for removal of hydrogen from CO_2 feed gas was investigated by means of XRD, XPS, IR photoelectric spectrophotometer and catalytic activity evaluation. The results show that the catalytic activity and resistance to sulfur-poisoning as well as the physical structure and chemical composition of both deactivated catalysts can be essentially restored to the level of fresh catalysts after the regeneration treatment. |
