供应链合作伙伴的选择是供应链管理的重点。本文首先分析了供应链合作伙伴的分类和合作伙伴选择的指标体系，并给出了综合评价指标体系的设置原则和基本特性。然后设计了一个供应链合作伙伴选择方法，该方法采用最小-最大规范化对指标评价值进行无量纲化处理，利用因子分析法的贡献率作为权重因子，并根据指标均衡度放大了不同备选合作伙伴之间的差距，有利于进行选择。

The partner selection for supply chain is the key to supply chain management.The paper first analyzes the classification and the index of supply chain partnership,and gives the index's basic principle and characteristic.Then designs a method of the partner selection for supply chain.The Method adopts on the Min-Max standardization to get the index dimensionless and makes use of the contribution of factor analysis to get the index weightness and bases on the index Equilibrium to zoom in the differences of all partners so that we could choose better.
