摘    要:输配电网业务融合是地区电网调度运行发展的趋势。文中针对目前输配电网自动化系统独立建设的模式,分析了输配电网协同运行和分析计算的业务需求,提出了输配电网高级应用协同运行的整体架构,并在此基础上对输配电网统一建模、拓扑分析、潮流计算、风险评估以及故障处置等方面的关键技术进行了分析。

Abstract:The service integration of transmission and distribution network is a trend in regional power grid dispatch operation and development. In consideration of the present energy management system(EMS)and distribution management system(DMS)development in an independent mode, the service demand of transmission and distribution network in coordinated operation and analytic calculation is analyzed. The coordinated operation overall structure of transmission and distribution network advanced application are proposed. On this basis, several key technologies, including unified modeling, topology analysis, power flow calculation, risk assessment and fault handling in transmission and distribution network are treated, while references for coordinated operation and system construction in transmission and distribution network dispatch service are provided.
