钢管3PE防腐生产线的电能监测与节能探讨

摘    要:为了探寻钢管3PE防腐生产线的节能空间,通过对某钢管生产企业外防腐生产线的主要用电设备进行电能监测,并结合生产数据对电能消耗情况进行了分析。分析表明,加强生产管理、严格稳定控制抛丸除锈和涂敷生产工艺、及时关停不必要的辅助设备、将中频预热设备工作频率适当提高、将水喷淋系统改造成变频控制,可实现较好的节能效果;中频预热设备增设温度检测与输出功率自动控制装置、抛丸除锈设备增设抛丸钢砂自动加料装置,可保证3PE防腐质量的一致性。

Abstract:In order to explore the energy-saving space of the 3PE anti-corrosion production line, the main electrical equipment of a steel pipe production enterprise’s external anti-corrosion production line was used for electric energy monitoring, and the power consumption was analyzed in combination with the production data. The analysis shows that the solutions to achieve better energy conservation include strengthening production management, strictly controlling shot blasting and coating production processes, shutting down unnecessary auxiliary equipment in time, appropriately increasing the working frequency of intermediate frequency preheating equipment, and reforming the water sprinkler system by variable frequency control. The better method to improve the consistency of 3PE anti-corrosion quality included adding an automatic control device for temperature detection and power output to the intermediate frequency preheating device, and adding an automatic feeding device for shot blasting sand to the shot blasting device.
