钢管升降液压回路换向冲击问题分析

摘    要:为了解决钢管升降托辊系统运行中出现的液压回路换向产生的冲击问题,以UOE焊管升降系统为例,结合实测压力数据与理论计算进行了分析。分析结果表明,钢管托辊的液压冲击主要来自于有杆腔液压油压力的快速降低,致使被压缩油液体积瞬间释放,流速过快,从而产生冲击。根据分析结果,通过控制液控单向阀,使油缸有杆腔分两步卸压,管道回油流量减半,可有效减小液压回路的换向冲击。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of steel pipe lifting supporting roller system in operation, the impact vibration problems of UOE welded pipe lifting system in hydraulic circuit reversing were combined with actual measured pressure data and theoretical calculation for analysis. The results showed that in this research the hydraulic impact came from quickly decreasing of hydraulic oil pressure in rod port, which leading to instantaneous released compressed hydraulic oil volume and fast flow rate; by controlling the hydraulic control check valve, rod port unloaded in two steps and oil return flow halved, which could reduce reversing impact.
