Application of URP200/S Ultrasonic Detecting Equipment inSEW Steel Tubes Inspection

In order to quickly and accurately detect vertical and horizontal defect，especially deep buried defects like crack and lamination，of steel pipe inside and outside surface，the fundamentals of ultrasonic detecting，performance parameters and special construction of URP200/S ultrasonic automatic inspection equipment，mechanical fault and signal interference in actual inspection were discussed，and the solutions were given. The daily maintenance of URP200/S ultrasonic automatic inspection equipment was particularly important，cultivating and improving operator skill should be paid attention so as to maintain equipment preferably and handle failure quickly.
