水压机升降托辊双缸同步液压回路缺陷分析与改进

摘    要:为了解决水压机两组升降托辊装置升降动作不同步,导致钢管在升举过程中出现倾斜甚至掉落等不安全问题,对水压机升降托辊液压回路进行了分析,找到了同步性差的原因。设计了提升水压机升降托辊同步性的方案,计算了液压系统的相关参数,并按计算结果对关键液压元件进行了选型和安装。改进后的两组升降托辊装置基本实现了同步,位置差由原来的500 mm减少至45 mm,杜绝了钢管掉落问题的发生,提升了设备使用的安全性。

Abstract:In order to solve the lifting desynchrony of hydraulic press two lifting rollers, which resulted in incline and falling during lifting, hydraulic circuit of hydraulic press lifting roller was analyzed, and the reason of weak synchronization was found. The scheme of improving synchronization of hydraulic press lifting roller was designed, the correlation parameter of hydraulic system was calculated, and the key hydraulic components were chosen and installed based on calculation. The improved two lifting rollers basically realized synchronization, it reduced the position difference from 500 mm to 45 mm, the steel pipe falling were voided, and equipment use safety factor was improved.
