摘    要:为了解决了12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管焊接接头出现再热裂纹的问题,对产品失效件进行了微观金相及硬度检测,对产品焊接工艺进行了分析,确定了裂纹性质及产生原因,并通过提高预热温度以及优化热处理工艺,使焊接接头硬度值、力学性能及金相组织满足产品使用要求,可有效降低12Cr2MoWVTiB材料发生再热裂纹的几率,使产品在高温工况下长期良好运行。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of reheat crack of the welded joint of 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel pipe, the microscopic metallographic, hardness testing and welding process analysis were performed on the failure production to determine the nature and the cause of the crack. By increasing the preheating temperature and optimizing the heat treatment process, the hardness value, mechanical properties and metallurgical structure of the welded joint could meet the requirements of production using. At the same time, the probability of reheat crack of the 12Cr2MoWVTiB material could be effectively reduced, and the product worked well for long under high temperature conditions.
