基于圆筒厚板焊接的三丝焊枪机头的设计

为了提高焊接生产效率，改善焊接质量，开发了一种用于厚板焊接的三丝焊枪机头，对三丝焊枪机头的工作原理及关键设计环节进行了分析说明。该三丝焊枪机头可实现上下、左右、前后6个方向的自由度调整，可适应多种规格焊丝的焊接，满足不同焊接工艺要求。对三丝焊枪机头进行了实际应用，应用结果表明，开发的三丝焊枪机头大大提高了焊接工件的焊接速度和焊接熔覆率，节约了成本。最后，指出了使用过程中需要注意的问题。

Design of Three Wires Welding Torch Head Based on Cylinder Thick Plate Welding

In order to increase efficiency of welding production and improve the welding quality, a three wires welding torch head for thick plate welding was developed, the working principles and key design links were analyzed, and it could realized 6 degrees of freedom adjustment like up, down, left, right, front and back, adapt various specifications welding wires, and satisfy different welding process requirements. After the practical application, the results showed that the developed three wires welding torch head could increase the welding speed and cladding rate and save cost. Finally, it fingered out the problems needed to pay attention during application.
