基于EMD技术的管道漏磁内检测信号研究*

摘    要:为了解决油气管道漏磁内检测信号识别不准确的问题,采用EMD(经验模态分解)理论,对管道漏磁内检测信号做EMD分解和重构,得到信号处理后的信噪比信息,与原始信号和小波分析后信号的信噪比进行比对分析,结果显示,EMD技术在处理漏磁内检测信号方面比小波分析更为优越。研究表明:采用EMD技术处理管道漏磁信号可以获得更好的信噪比,能更迅速、准确地识别管道中的缺陷。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of inaccurate identification of oil and gas pipeline magnetic flux leakage internal detection signal, empirical mode decomposition(EMD) detection theory was used for decomposing and reconstructing the pipeline internal detection signal to obtain the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) signal after signal processing. Compared with the SNR of the original signal and the wavelet analysis signal, the comparison results show that the EMD technology is superior to the wavelet analysis in the detection signal of magnetic flux leakage. The comprehensive study shows that EMD technology can obtain better SNR and identify the defects in pipeline more rapidly and accurately.
