高精度高频铝焊管机组生产工艺研究

摘    要:为了解决汽车发动机水散热器用覆层铝合金管焊接难度大、焊后容易出现各种缺陷的问题,设计研发了生产汽车水散热器管的高速高精度高频焊管机组。介绍了该机组的生产工艺流程及其主要设备,并对成型时各边缘变形过程中的形状参数进行了分析和计算。该机组可以生产壁厚0.25~0.3 mm的高频焊散热管,产品经过成品检验和爆破试验验证完全符合相关标准的要求。该高频焊管机组具有焊接速度快、成型性良好的特点,该机组还采用了独特的干式成型焊接工艺,有效解决了焊接过程中的二次污染和原材料腐蚀问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of welding difficulty of aluminum alloy pipe used for automobile engine water radiator and various defects after welding, a high-speed high-precision and high-frequency welded pipe mill for the automobile water radiator pipe were designed and developed. The production processes and main equipments of this mill were introduced. The shape parameters of each edge deformation during molding were analyzed and calculated. The mill could produce high-frequency welding pipe for heat radiation with a wall thickness of 0.25~0.3 mm, and the products were fully in compliance with the requirements of relevant standards after product inspection and blasting. The high-frequency welded pipe mill had the features of fast welding speed and good formability. The mill also used a unique dry-forming welding process, which effectively solved the secondary pollution and corrosion problems of raw material in the welding process.
