摘    要:射频末级功放Q3441经常烧坏是GM338车载电台损坏的主要原因之一。通过对GM338车载电台的射频功放电路、电路板装配、电子器件布局进行详细的分析,找出了故障原因,并且根据该型号车载电台电路及其电路板的实际情况,提出了改进方法。

Abstract:The final radio frequency power amplifier Q3441 are often found burnt when checking the damaged vehicle radio stations.Therefore the author had analyzed GM338 vehicle radio stations in details the amplifier circuit,assembling of circuit board and layout of electric devices to find out what caused the failure and thereupon proposed improving measures according to particular conditions of this station's circuit and circuit board in a way to reduce or avoid the happening of Q3441's burnt out.
