基于风机进口预旋的数值分析与应用研究

摘    要:运用NUMECA软件对轴流风机在预旋角为-30°~30°范围内的流动情况进行数值模拟,获得了风机总体性能变化规律,叶片载荷和流动损失分布,以及气流参数沿叶高及周向分布情况,详细分析预旋调节对风机性能的影响,这些将为前导叶以及VSR预旋装置的设计和调节提供参考依据。

Abstract:By using NUMECA CFD software,based on the numerical simulation of the movement to the axial fan in the pre-rotation angle of-30°~30°range,the results show the overall performance variation of the fan,distribution of blade load and flow loss,moreover,flow parameters along the leaves of high and circumferential distribution,the affect that the pre-rotation regulation on the fan performance is analyzed in detail.These could provide reference for the leading leaf design and pre-rotating devices regulation.
