| 摘 要： | 通过对短销轴类零件的径向钻孔加工进行分析,设计出通用径向钻孔夹具,该夹具既能固定,又能旋转,而且操作方便、通用性好,能够实现对不同直径、不同长度短销轴类零件的定位夹紧、快速径向分度、钻孔工作,使生产效率得到显著提高。

| Abstract: | Aiming to drill joining hole on the short shaft parts, a general radial drilling jig is designed after the analysis for the short shaft parts processing. This jig can be fixed and rotated, and have convenient operation and good versatility, and it can realize the different diameter, different length short shaft parts positioning clamping, rapid radial dividing, drilling work, and makes the production efficiency improve greatly. |
