| 摘 要： | 通过实验建立了工业废水中邻氯苯胺的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Kromasil-C18（5μm×4．6μm×150mm）色谱柱，流速1mL／min，柱温30℃，进样体积10μL，流动相为V（甲醇）：V（水）=70：30，测定波长285nm。测定结果表明，其线性范围为1．05～105mg／L，平均加标回收率为97．9％，相对标准偏差为0．86％。

| Abstract: | The HPLC method for the determination of o-chloroaniline in wastewater by experiment was established. The determination was peformed on.Kromasil-C18 column(5μ×4.6mm×150mm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water,the flow rate was 1.OmL/min.The detection was made at 285nm,the column temperature was 30℃.and the injection volume was 10μL.The method offered good linearity from 1.05 to 105 mg/L.The average recovery was 97.9%and the RSD was 0.86%. |
