摘    要:通过实验建立了工业废水中邻氯苯胺的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Kromasil-C18(5μm×4.6μm×150mm)色谱柱,流速1mL/min,柱温30℃,进样体积10μL,流动相为V(甲醇):V(水)=70:30,测定波长285nm。测定结果表明,其线性范围为1.05~105mg/L,平均加标回收率为97.9%,相对标准偏差为0.86%。

Abstract:The HPLC method for the determination of o-chloroaniline in wastewater by experiment was established. The determination was peformed on.Kromasil-C18 column(5μ×4.6mm×150mm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water,the flow rate was 1.OmL/min.The detection was made at 285nm,the column temperature was 30℃.and the injection volume was 10μL.The method offered good linearity from 1.05 to 105 mg/L.The average recovery was 97.9%and the RSD was 0.86%.
