双圆弧齿轮齿腰曲率半径对齿腰应力的影响

摘    要:基于任意转角位置的双圆弧齿轮齿廓数学模型,构建了双圆弧齿轮齿腰过渡曲线曲率半径的计算数学模型,提出了齿腰任一点局部应力的折截面法计算数学模型,验证了两数学模型的准确性,并应用这两个数学模型分析讨论了不同参数条件下曲率半径对齿腰应力的影响。其分析结果将为双圆弧齿轮设计、参数优化选择等提供参考依据。

Abstract:Based on the mathematical models of double-circular radius arc gear in any corner position,the mathematical calculating model for curvature radius of transition lines on the contact area has been established in this paper.And it also puts forward and verifies the accuracy of the mathematical models for calculating the local stress of any position on the contact area by using the law of section.The paper focuses on analyzing the influence of the contact stress by the curvature radius of double-circular-arc gear under the condition of different parameters with the application of these two mathematical models.The results of this analysis will provide a reference for the design and parameter optimization of the double-circular-arc gear.
