基于CATIA三轴转台模态分析

摘    要:提出了应用于惯导设备测试用三轴转台,整机采用U-O-O结构。通过CATIA建模仿真软件建立起其仿真模型,并对三轴转台运动过程进行了振动分析。通过分析,得出该型三轴转台运行平稳性、可靠性,具有较大的实用价值。

Abstract:The purpose of this work is to develop a three-axis rotary table for inertial navigation equipments,which is in U-O-O style.Based on the virtual prototype of CATIA,the three-axis rotary table is designed and studied in 3D modeling and CATIA-analysis.Meanwhile,CATIA-analysis is used in checking key parts of the three-axis rotary table.It can improve the safety and credibility of it.Then the practicality of such three-axis rotary tables is proved.
