泡沫玻璃自动化生产线控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了以PLC为控制器,结合工业组态软件和PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术组成的泡沫玻璃自动化生产线控制系统。详细描述了泡沫玻璃工艺流程、生产线组成、多电机同步控制、PLC的硬件和软件设计。该系统稳定可靠,操作简便,大大降低了劳动力成本,提高了泡沫玻璃生产的自动化水平。

Abstract:In this paper,the control system design of foam glass automated production line is introduced,in which the controller used PLC combine industry configuration software and the PROFIBUS -DP Field bus technology. The industrial production process, the composition of the foam glass automated production line, multi-motor synehronous, configuration of PLC hardware and software design is described in detail. The system is stable, dependable, and is easy to be operated, which can greatly reduce labor costs and improve the automation level of the production of foam glass.
