摘    要:单传动低压交流变频技术已在港口M4035门机上应用,但多传动能量回馈系统能更好地挖掘节能潜力。介绍了两种传动方式的工作原理。以多传动能量回馈系统应用于M4035门机的一个案例进行分析计算,得出应用该系统的节能比率及直接经济效益。

Abstract:The single drive low-voltage AC variable frequency technology has been applied in the M4035 portal crane, but Multi- transmission energy feedback system can save energy better. This two kinds of transmission principle are introduced in this paper. Based on the analysis and calculation of an example of Multi- transmission energy feedback system applied to M4035 portal crane, the energy- saving ratio and direct economic benefits of such system are obtained.
