过渡配合性能研究

摘    要:重点介绍了过渡配合的特性,通过对尺寸概率函数的拉普拉斯变换,得到了不同加工工艺的孔与轴的尺寸分布密度概率呈理想状态或非理想状态,并导出其参数的数学期望方程,通过运用数学期望方程,计算出过渡配合的极限间隙或过盈量及产生间隙或过盈的概率,验证了在机械制造中,过渡配合不仅能保证相互结合的孔、轴间有良好的定心精度,而且易于装拆,达到准确、合理地把握和使用过渡配合的目的,具有很强的现实意义。

Abstract:The characteristics of transition fit is introduced,based on the size probability function of the Laplasse transform,the different processing of hole and shaft size distribution density probability in ideal state or an nonideal state is obtained,and its parameters in the mathematical expectation equation are derived,by using mathematical expectation equation,the transition fit limit clearance or interference volume and clearance or interference probability are calculated.It is validated that the transition fit can ensure the combination hole,shaft with good centering precision,and also can be easily dismounted and assembled so as to get the goal of holding and using the transition fit correctly and reasonably,which has the strong practical significance.
