| 摘 要： | 重点介绍数控机床纵向装置装配技术。通过对数控机床纵向装置的加工、装配、找正、调整等几方面的分析及阐述,经过装配现场装配和精度检验,得出上述方法在装配过程中缩短辅助时间,降低工人劳动强度,提高滚珠丝杠的装配精度和生产效率,从而提高了机床的稳定性和加工精度。

It has proved that the solution not only decrease assistant time and labour intensity but also improve assembly precision of baUscrew, production efficiency greatly by describing the detail of assembly process and practice proof from different aspect such as machining, assembling, adjusting etc. |
