高压锅不松动手把的研究与设计

摘    要:目前高压锅手把与连接块之间没有导向定位结构,仅靠旋紧螺钉产生的力来得到固定,且在倾斜锅体时仅靠摩擦力传递扭矩,这种结构容易产生松动。在对传统高压锅手把的工作原理及缺点进行大量分析研究后,研制了一种新型高压锅不松动手把,通过啮合力代替摩擦力,以增大扭矩,并对其进行综合性能实验,实验结果表明,该新型手把是一种不易松动、寿命长、适用性强的高压锅手把。

Abstract:For the pressure cooker,there is no guidance and fixing structure between the handlebar and the interlink. And it is fixed only depend on the forces by tightening the screws. When the pot is tihed, the torque is transmited just by friction. It is easy to get loosened. Therefore a new kind of handles of pressure cooker is designed after a large number of analysis and research on handles of the traditional pressure cooker. It can augment torque by meshing force instead of friction. After the comprehensive performance test, the new pressure cooker handle is proved to be stable, applicable and longevous.
