| 摘 要： | 通过对兰州石化公司乙烯厂聚丙烯装置C801A粉料输送双螺杆压缩机阴阳转子频繁出现抱死故障进行系统分析,并在综合分析故障产生原因的基础之上采取有效的应对措施,改进后,压缩机实现了长周期运行,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Through the systematic analysis for the rotor damage of the helical-lobe compressor in the PP installation of ethyl- ene plant in Lanzhou petrochemical corporation, according to the malfunction analysis, the effective solutions are put forward. After the improvement, the compressor achieves a long cycle of operation and produces a good economic effectiveness and so- cial effect. |
